Peake TryOut Day

Hi everyone,

A one-day midweek trip to Peake is being planned for members who would like an introduction to sand driving just ahead of the Beachport weekend, or who are not opposed to having a fun day out.

Practice using recovery boards (MaxTrax) and other recovery equipment will be on the agenda.

We are looking at choosing a day when the weather forecast is kind, i.e. below 32°C during the week of 13-17 January 2025.

Arrival and departure times are flexible, given the luxury of Daylight Saving Time.

As there are no nearby shops, everyone will need to be self-sufficient in terms of meals, drinks and snacks.
