SA 4WD and Touring Club General Meeting and AGM

Monthly Club Meeting and AGM at the Combined Car Clubs Meeting Rooms at 

From 6:30 PM at Glandore Community Centre (for a pre-meeting pizza)
25 Naldera St. Glandore (car park entrance off Clark Avenue)

Reasons for bringing the July 2026 General Meeting forward to this date are as follows:

• Not have the AGM delayed any longer to resolve matters that require the members present to vote.
• To provide a buffer with Xmas in July and avoid a need for members to hurry back to attend the meeting.
• With the matters concerning the membership being settled, no unwanted changes are needed to the timing of membership renewals as would have been the case if the AGM was to be held on July 6 as originally scheduled.

 THE AGM WILL ALSO BE CONVENED DURING THE GENERAL MEETING

THE AGM COULD NOT CONTINUE ON 1 JUNE 2026 BECAUSE A QUORUM WAS NOT REACHED.

It is a legal requirement that we have sufficient attendance of financial club members to allow a quorum to be reached.

It is also very important for members to treat this meeting like you would with any trip or event. So please register. Registered attendees will be eligible to be put in the draw for a "door prize".

If you are arriving early for pizza, please let the Vice President Steve Furlong know via email, vicepresident@sa4wdandtouringclub.asn.au so he will know the numbers to cater for you.
If you cannot attend, please notify me and I will mark you as an apology on the attendance records.

Remember YOU are the Club.

Any issues please let me know ASAP. If you are away on your own travels, send me a text, so we know that you can't make it, and we can list you down as an apology.
